Just in time for Valentine’s Day, we’re excited to share the results of our first annual Valentine Card Design Competition!

Did you know that less than half of U.S. students feel they have a good grasp on the educational requirements needed for some of the most well-known professions?

You can help DreamWakers narrow the skills gap by purchasing a card designed by our very own #DreamStudent and Grand Prize Winner, Christopher Castro.

With your purchase of a pack of five customizable eCards or hardcopy paper cards, you’ll be supporting DreamWakers’ goal of serving 15,000 #DreamStudents across all 50 states in 2019!

All you need is to fill out the form to personalize. DreamWakers will take care of the rest!

Artist Spotlight: Christopher Castro

Christoper Castro, Age 11

Art Inspiration: “I thought about Valentine’s Day and wanted to draw something funny. My sister taught me how to draw the eyes on my heart.”

#WhyIDreamWake:The flashchat, Opening Students’ Minds to the World of Fashion ft. Lee Chan, stood out because it talks about being a designer. I like to create my own car designs. I also liked, Using Art in Science ft. Dr. Sweta Chakraborty, because they talk about how you can use art in science class.”

Aspires to Be: “There are a lot of things that I want to be when I grow up. I want to be a mechanic, an artist, and a musician. I want to be an artist because I like to draw and make new designs. I like creating my own designs and drawing different cars from games.”

Valentine’s Plans: “I plan to hang out with my family.”

Don’t forget to personalize your Valentine’s Day Card!
